Can I book a first clean without obligation?

  • Can I book a first clean without obligation to continue?

Yes, a first clean is arranged so you can experience our reliable and affordable service. The standard hourly fee is applied.

  • Do I need to book a minimum number of hours per visit?

We ask for a minimum of 2 hours per visit for a domestic clean and a commercial clean.

  • Are products and cloths included?

Cinders Cleaners offers our clients both options depending on your preference

​

Cinders Cleaners will provide all products and ensure the ones used are best suited to getting the best results in your home. We will take away dirty cloths so you can relax and just enjoy your home.

​

Alternatively we can use the products in your home and will recommend any products we think it would be beneficial for you to supply to get the desired results - please see below for an overview of the suggested products if you are supplying your own:

          Anti-bacterial Spray                                      Anti-bacterial Wipes

         Limescale Spray                                            Bathroom Spray

                  Polish                                                     Glass Cleaner Spray

       Kitchen Spray with grease removal elements

       Fiber Cloths, Sponges, Scouring Pads, Kitchen Roll & Bin Bags

Please supply the items in a basket or bucket for convenience.

If the cleaner feels that a certain product would be useful in you home they will discuss this with you directly following the first clean.

 

  • Do you provide equipment

We recommend using the homeowners hoover and steamer to avoid the transfer of any allergens

  • Do I have to sign a contract?

We have a basic agreement that outlines the terms of your service and clarifies expectations for all parties

 

  • Can I pause the service if I go on holiday?

Yes, you can.  Please send an email to your area manager with 4 weeks notice.

 

  • What is the notice period if I want stop the service?

We ask for between 2-4 weeks notice. 

We don't tie people into contracts

If we are good then people wont want to leave and if we are not providing a good service then why should you continue paying is our theory.

  • What are the benefits of using Cinders Cleaners as opposed to hiring the cleaner directly?

Ultimately Peace of Mind.  The cleaners are vetted by Cinders Cleaners which includes but isn't limited to the following:

Photo ID, Proof of Address, Verified references.

In the interest of all parties Cinders Cleaners have Public Liability & Employers Liability Insurance

Outstanding customer service ensuring you are happy with all aspects of the Cinders Service.

  • Can I refer my cleaner to friends and family?

Yes, we love referrals but please refer them to Cinders as opposed to the cleaner directly as if doesn't go through us, the cleaner will not be insured for the works carried out directly which is not a situation we want either party to be in.

  • How do I pay Cinders Cleaners

Payment is made by invoice, following the clean 

Client satisfaction after every clean is paramount so we charge after each clean to maintain our standards

  • Do I have to be at home when my Cinders Cleaner attends?

It is a service to suit your preferences, we have provisions in place to enable attendance when your home or out.

  • Does Cinders have insurance?
    Yes, both the cleaner and your home are protected under our insurance for the hours booked with us.
    For additional services, please ensure you check with the Area Manager that it is covered under
    the insurance before commencing.
     

  • If I ever have any concerns or worries, who do I contact?

Depending on the comfortability with the cleaner, you can either discuss it directly or alternatively reach out to your Area Manger

who will be happy to help and resolve any worries.
